Tasting notes
« Languedoc le Saut du Poisson Blanc is a beautiful white from this estate that’s based on Grenache Blanc, Vermentino and Carignan Blanc. Medium-bodied, fresh and lively, yet also with texture, it offers deliciously exotic notes of white peach, orange blossom, mint and hints of flowers. It will be versatile on the dinner table and drink nicely for a handful of years. »
Jeb Dunnuck – The Wine Advocate #230. 90/100.

James Suckling 90/100 A rather soft and linear white with citrons, apples, herbs and spices. Medium body and focused at the center with a succulent center palate
